Cheryl from ProMetabolic Life will work with you to develop a fully customised and personalised Pro-Metabolic Nutrition plan especially to suit you, ensuring you improve metabolism, lose body fat, improve energy, hormonal balance and mood in a sustainable way.

One-off Consults

Cheryl has coached many athletes to become PRO bikini models, sports models or bodybuilders using Pro-Metabolic Nutrition. She constantly works with and helps those with damaged thyroid functioning, and those who are struggling with weight loss or optimal health to achieve spectacular results in a healthy nourishing way.

Competition Coaching

As a coach and athlete herself, Cheryl is able to share her learning experiences and research and ensure her athletes have a balanced nutritional strategy, the perfect training program and develop a strong positive mindset.

Personal Training

Working one on one and training people is still Cheryl’s primary passion, and provides PT to a very limited few. Cheryl offers one-off personal training sessions or a 5 session package to enable her to take you through a complete 5 day training program.
