Cheryl offers 2 personalised nutrition coaching options for anyone looking to boost metabolism, improve thyroid hormone conversion, balance hormones, improve digestion, improve health, commit to their wellbeing and lose body fat.

One Off Consults

As an experienced and seasoned coach, PRO athlete, researcher and author Cheryl has dedicated over 15 years to constantly learn and research (and then putting it into practice) the science of how food impacts metabolic rate, fat burning, health and hormones.

Comp Coaching

Whether you are a first-time beginner or a seasoned professional Cheryl will give you her 100%!! She only ever coaches a limited number of athletes per season to enable her the time to give each individual athlete the attention and support they need.

Personal Training

Cheryl sold her gym of 9 years to focus on Pro Metabolic research, to write and coach. Working one on one and training people is still Cheryl’s primary passion, offering PT through one-off personal training sessions or a 5 session package to a very limited few.
