- This is Cheryl’s favourite training program – for strength, a great shape and conditioning
- Compound exercises are performed using both high rep and low rep ranges resulting in strength gains as well as muscle gains.
- This is the complete sculpting/building package.
- In this program you will perform 6 sets of the compound exercise and then finish with 3 rounds of supersets to really finish off that muscle and refine your overall definition, tone and conditioning.
