But I finally understand how to eat a delicious balanced diet that keeps me in great shape as well as great health.
There is a vast body of research by endocrinologists that have helped me understand what foods help or hinder my fat loss, health, energy, hormones, how I feel and how I look.
IT COMES DOWN TO HORMONES AND METABOLISM.
I’ve learnt that my hormones and metabolic rate are more likely to impact fat loss (or stored) than how much (or how little) I eat. More importantly I’ve learnt what foods to eat that assist to increase metabolism and balance hormones. So after all these years of dieting and weight issues its now finally easy for me to stay in shape all year round.
STAYING IN SHAPE USED TO BE REALLY HARD.
For years my body was stressed from dieting and eating foods which I thought would help me look great. I used to eat the traditional approach of chicken and broccoli, egg whites and protein shakes. I slowed my metabolism and staying in shape become really, really hard, and stressful.
WHAT I EAT NOW.
I now eat a Pro-Metabolic diet from a variety of delicious foods like ripe fruits, pure juices, cheeses, sour dough and eggs, seafood and rice, potatoes and butter, fruit smoothies, quality chocolate. I choose foods that assist to increase the conversion of T4 to T3. I eat foods that reduce cortisol levels and I avoid foods which increase inflammation, add a burden to my liver and foods that have additives and toxins, as these factors can contribute to estrogen load.
FAT LOSS FAVOURS A FAST METABOLISM.
By understanding what foods worked to improve my metabolism and hormones, I can now get lean and stay lean eating more than before when thought that I had to diet hard and deprive myself of nourishing and balanced food. As my health, hormones and energy improved, it became easier for me to maintain my body where I feel great. I also no longer have to concern myself with cardio.
I committed to being open to relearn what I thought was true about nutrition. As a result, I have experienced my greatest success with my physique, health and energy.
I am now dedicated to using my experience and my research to help if weight loss is slow or energy is low. Pro-Metabolic nutrition was so liberating for me. My body is now nourished not deprived, fat loss is supported and not forced, and my world is a happier place.
