I’ve just got to share this…This is easiest, d I’ve just got to share this…This is easiest, delicious, nutrient dense, pro-metabolic meal I make.  With only 185 calories, (14g protein, 8g carbs, 12g fats) it’s a winner for those who want to burn fat healthily.

Thick delicious warm Zucchini soup!

Well the English call it a Courgette, the French,  a green gourd the Americans know it as a summer squash, but here in Australia it’s a zucchini.

Zuchinni / summer squash come from seeds and grow on a flowering plant so it’s essentially a fruit vegetable.

Fruit vegetables contain fructose and glucose (great for metabolism and blood sugar) are low in starch, cellulose, and PUFA’s

Cook zucchinis, onion, garlic, in a pot with coconut oil, add ricotta, gelatin and basil and blend. Dollop sour cream and parmesan – quick, easy, delicious!

ZUCCHINI / SUMMER SQUASH SOUP So simple to make, ZUCCHINI / SUMMER SQUASH SOUP

So simple to make, super pro-metabolic, lean, healthy, low in calories and sooo delicious.

**Makes 1**
-2-4 Chopped zucchinis / summer squash
-1 tbs of coconut oil
-10g hydrolysed gelatin/collagen
-1 tbs of ricotta
-1 tsp garlic
-1/2 chopped onion
-Handful of fresh basil

Cook in a pot and then mash/blend once soft

-Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top
-Add a Dollop sour light cream

A zucchini / summer squash is actually a fruit vegetable, not only does it come from seeds but it grows on a flowering plant so it contains fructose and glucose which is awesome for metabolism, its low in starch and cellulose and has minimal PUFA’s

Add gelatin and coconut oil for protein and saturated fats and BAM, balanced, pro-metabolic, lean and delicious.
