Cheryl worked as a Personal Trainer at her own gym (Pure Energy Training) for 9 years. She sold the gym to focus on Pro Metabolic research, to write and coach. Working one on one and training people is still Cheryl’s primary passion, therefore she now does provides PT to a very limited few.
